At Ariesh, we are committed to providing premium quality and exceptional service. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Items purchased on SALE are NOT eligible for exchange or refunds.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

An item is eligible for exchange only if:

  • It is received in a damaged condition.
  • An incorrect article is delivered.
  • The size received is different from the size you ordered.

Exchange Terms:

  • Eligible items will be replaced with the same article (subject to stock availability).
  • If the same article is out of stock, our team will contact you to offer an alternative or a solution as per policy.

2. Refund Policy

  • Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are issued in the form of a one-time-use Store Coupon.
  • Coupon Usage: If your return is approved and the original item is unavailable, a coupon for the full amount will be issued within 10 working days.
  • Pre-paid Orders: Only paid orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a refund back to the original Credit/Debit card.

3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for an exchange or review:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must be intact.
  • Color Variation: Claims of slight color differences due to screen settings or professional lighting will not be accepted.
  • Accessories: Only items mentioned in the product description are included. Extra embellishments or styling elements shown in photoshoots are not part of the product.

4. Timeframe for Reporting

You must notify Ariesh within 3 working days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

5. Procedure for Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp or Call within 3 working days.
  2. Provide your Order Number and a clear picture/video of the product showing the issue.
  3. Once your claim is verified, you will be instructed to ship the item back to us.
  4. Shipping Charges: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Please use a traceable courier service (e.g., TCS, M&P, or Leopard) and share the tracking details with us within 5 days.

6. Important Legal Notes

  • Ariesh is not liable for compensation if the customer refuses to accept the delivery at the doorstep.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or dispatched.
  • The final decision on any exchange or refund claim lies with the Ariesh Quality Assurance Team.
