1. Order Acceptance

Your order is officially accepted once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from Ariesh, along with a system-generated order number. This confirms that we have received your request and are beginning the fulfillment process.

2. Order Cancellation

Ariesh reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as:

• Items being out of stock.
• Technical errors in pricing or order placement.
• Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses/contact details.
• Articles failing our quality control check before shipping.
• Suspicious order history or payment issues.

Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed or shipped by our team.

3. Order Placement & Availability

While we strive to keep our inventory updated, we cannot guarantee the 100% availability of every product.

• If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to choose an alternative design or color within the same price range.
• If we receive no response regarding an out-of-stock item, the order may be canceled to avoid further delays.

4. Payment Policy (Pakistan Only)

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to PKR 9,999.
• Advance Payment: For orders exceeding PKR 9,999, an advance payment is required to confirm the order.

5. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your favorite Ariesh outfits as quickly as possible within Pakistan:

• Standard Days: 5 to 7 working days.
• Sale Periods: Due to high volume, delivery may take between 4 to 14 working days.

6. Delays & Liabilities

Ariesh works with the best courier partners to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

• Courier transport delays or strikes.
• Natural disasters (Acts of God) like floods, storms, or earthquakes.
• Force Majeure events that make it impossible to fulfill duties. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from these unavoidable delays.
